IMPORTANT UPDATE – 1st July 2020

Dear Colleagues,

Due to Covid-19 pandemic and current travel restrictions, we regret to inform you that the meeting will not be held as a physical meeting, but we are happy to inform you that the course will proceed as a live online meeting on November 8-12, 2020.

The program remains unchanged and all the planned lectures and workshops will proceed as planned, although a few faculty members will change due to the change in dates. Also, workshops will be in small groups as was always the case. The workshops will be interactive with the possibility for everyone to ask questions and interact with the teacher.

Since this will be a live meeting, please consider the timing of the lectures that will follow CET. However, all lectures will be accessible online for the duration of the course after they were presented.

This module will also have an online MCQ examination that is fully approved by EBNR towards obtaining your European Diploma in Neuroradiology.

Although we regret not to be able to meet you in person in Malta, we are thrilled to offer you a live online meeting with state-of-the-art lectures and interactive workshops.

Please see below ESNR’s proposed measures:

  1. Registrations will automatically be transferred to the new live online course.
  2. For those who are not able to attend the course in November, ESNR will provide a full refund of participation fees until 30th July, 2020. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to info@esnr.org and therein confirm your request to cancel.
  3. If you are not able to attend ECNR 15-4, but would like to attend a module of the following 16th cycle, please contact meetings@esnr.org. You will have a confirmed registration and your fee will be transferred to the module that you request.
  4. The MCQ exam that will take place on 12th November 2020 will also be held online. Participants will need to attend and pass this exam in order to be eligible to apply for the EDiNR.
  5. ESNR offers a €200 refund to all registered participants that will attend the live online course in order to support the Neuroradiology community during these difficult times. Registration fees for new participants will also be decreased by €200. Refunds will be issued in August.
  6. After July 30th, the registrations will be re-opened for new participants.

While we strive to offer the best education in the field of neuroradiology, the safety, health, and well-being of our participants will always be the highest priority for ESNR.

We hope the situation will return back to normal soon, however we are aware that the situation is still evolving, and we will consider putting new actions in place if necessary, in the following months.

We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and your continuous support.

Please feel free to contact us at meetings@esnr.org for any further questions.

Kindest Regards,

ESNR Executive Committee and ESNR Central Office Team
