08/04/2020

European Course in Interventional Neuroradiology, 1st Cycle Module 3 is postponed to August 2020!

THE COURSE IS POSTPONED!

Dear Course Participant,
Dear Colleague,

The European Course in Interventional Neuroradiology, 1st Cycle, Module 3 will be postponed to 27 – 29 August 2020 in Paris, due to the current situation in relation to the spread of corona virus– please mark your calendars!

Please note that this postponement is a fully equivalent replacement for the planned event originally scheduled for June 5 - 7, 2020.

After careful evaluation of the spreading corona virus pandemic, and considering the recent statements issued by the WHO, and based on governmental restriction in place ESNR is forced to postpone the European Course in Interventional Neuroradiology, 1st Cycle, Module 3 to August 27-29, 2020. ESNR has duly considered all options but due to the current situation, which is beyond anybody’s control, there is no other possibility than postponing the event of June 2020. To mitigate any adverse effect, ESNR has used all reasonable efforts to be able to offer a fully equivalent course in August.

Please see below ESNR’s proposed measures:

  1. Registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates in August.
  2. For those who are not able to attend the course in August, ESNR will provide a full refund of registration fees until 31st May, 2020. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to info@esnr.org and therein confirm your request to cancel.
  3. Along with this postponement, the modular MCQ exam that would take place on June 7th, 2020 will take place on August 29th, 2020 in Paris.

While we strive to offer the best education in the field of neuroradiology, the safety, health and well-being of our participants will always be the highest priority for ESNR.

We hope the situation will get back to normal long before August, however we are aware that the situation is still evolving, and we will consider putting new actions in place if necessary, in the following months.

We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and your continuous support.

Please feel free to contact us at meetings@esnr.org for any further questions.

Kindest Regards,

ESNR Course Organizing Committee and ESNR Central Office Team
