ECNR Course 15-4 postponed to November 2020 in Malta!

THE COURSE IS POSTPONED!

Dear ECNR Course Participant,
Dear Colleague,

ECNR Course 15th Cycle Module 4 as well as the modular exam has to be postponed to November 8-12, 2020 in Malta due to the current situation in relation to the spread of corona virus - please mark your calendars!

Please note that this postponement is a fully equivalent replacement for the planned event originally scheduled for May 10-14, 2020.

After careful evaluation of the spreading corona virus epidemic, and considering the recent statements issued by the WHO, and based on governmental restriction in place ESNR is forced to postpone the European Course in Neuroradiology, 15th Cycle Module 4 to November 8-12, 2020 and move it to Malta. ESNR has duly considered all options but due to the current situation, which is beyond anybody’s control, there is no other possibility than postponing the event of May 2020. To mitigate any adverse effect, ESNR has used all reasonable efforts to be able to offer a fully equivalent alternative in Malta.

Please see below ESNR’s proposed measures:

  1. Registrations will automatically be transferred to the new dates in November.
  2. For those who are not able to attend the course in November, ESNR will provide a full refund of registration fees until 31st May, 2020. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to info@esnr.org and therein confirm your request to cancel.
  3. If you are not able to attend ECNR 15-4 in Malta, but would like to attend a module of the following 16th cycle, please contact meetings@esnr.org. The registration fee will be transferred to the module that you request.
  4. Along with this postponement, the modular MCQ exam that would take place on May 14, 2020 in Antwerp is also postponed and rescheduled to November 12, 2020 in Malta.
  5. For those who were attending ECNR 15-4 in Antwerp as their last module and were ready to take the examination for the EDiNR Diploma before the ESNR Annual Meeting in Lisbon, we would like to inform you that we have carefully evaluated all options and available dates for postponement. Unfortunately, it is not possible to organize the course before November.

While we strive to offer the best education in the field of neuroradiology, the safety, health and well-being of our participants will always be the highest priority for ESNR.

We hope the situation will get back to normal long before November, however we are aware that the situation is still evolving, and we will consider putting new actions in place if necessary, in the following months.

We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and your continuous support.

Please feel free to contact us at meetings@esnr.org for any further questions.

Kindest Regards,

ESNR Executive Committee and ESNR Central Office Team
